We were first time home buyer confused and very indecisive. We kept changing our preferences but still Bryan was very patient and cooperative with us. He kept showing us homes and gave dedicated time and value in each showing. He went over every details and gave us a lot of knowledge about home buying. When we found the home we wanted to buy he went way and beyond to make the process easier for us. He kept communicating and making sure we were comfortable till the closing went well. Bryan Nelson was recommended to me.Given my visual disability, Bryan took thetime to go over the sellers contract withme, reading and explaining each step.Getting the house ready for sale was a stepby step process with a realistic time line.I was so excited by how Bryan's suggestionstransformed the house that I continued to work on the house even after it was placed on the market. I know a house with an in ground pool is not foreveryone so it helped that Bryan always remainedpositive and was available whenever I contacted him.Given my busy schedule, four kids (one a Senior in High School), his text reminders about showingsand open houses were very much appreciated.I have heard that selling your house is one of the most stressful events in your life. With Bryan Nelson as my listing agents, selling the house wasn't even in the top ten.

I can't say enough good things about Bryan. He is awesome! He fulfilled every need I had and in a very timely manner so that I did not lose out on viewing a property I might want to purchase. This was my first time purchasing and I'm in my late 50's. He was very informative explaining the purchasing process to me. He helped me every step of the way and beyond. In fact, because of his expertise and quickly taking control I was able to close when I did without any difficulties. He was so patient with me as I viewed several properties and was changing my mind frequently. He never once made me feel uncomfortable for not being able to make a decision on what to do. He always made me feel at ease and I never felt like he was rushing me to purchase just any property. I am extremely happy with his service. He is an excellent realtor and a very personable friendly person which makes all the difference. I loved working with him very much. I am in seventh heaven right now with my purchase, it is everything I wanted and more. I owe it all to Bryan, he negotiated the sale and I didn't lose my dream condo!! I'm an owner, not a renter anymore!! Thanks Bryan! As I always said to you, you are AWESOME!!!
