Bryan and Nuria are an AMAZING husband-and-wife team who helped us sell our home! Nuria has an keen eye in home decor and was able to stage our home beautifully. There were a lot of unexpected challenges that came up, making our house a complicated sell but both Bryan and Nuria guided and supported us through the good, the bad, and the ugly. We've sold previous houses with two other realtors and compared to them, Bryan and Nuria were extremely hands-on, communicative and dedicated - going above and beyond our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!!

Bryan and Nuria make a great team. We are beyond pleased with our experience. We are relocating out of state and had a very tight timeline to look for homes. Bryan went out of his way to show us as much as possible in the short time we had. We found their knowledge of the school districts extremely helpful as we have 2 children and know nothing about the area. From start to finish, we couldn't have asked for a better process or outcome. Working with Bryan and Nuria of Nelson Homes Group was a pleasure. We reached out to them early in the home selling process, months before we were ready to list our home for sale. We knew that the market was demanding move in neutral colors, and possibly staging in order to get top dollar. We consulted the team frequently to be sure we were painting the right colors, replacing and repairing the right things. It made the decision to move, and to work with Bryan and Nuria easier because we were literally painting ourselves out of the house. In addition to guiding us along the way, a professional photographer went through the house, it was virtually staged to the point it was hard to recognized some of the rooms because it looked so amazing! At the end of the day, when the house went on the market on a Friday, with an open house planned for the next afternoon, we ended up with showings scheduled prior to the open house. We also had more than 50 people through the open house, with multiple offers coming in that same night! Bryan and Nuria hyped the house up on all the social media site about a week prior indicating it was "coming soon". Then a new media blitz when it went on the market, the day of the open house, and again when we closed. We sold our home above asking price! Bryan and Nuria were so easy to work with, professional every step of the way, and know what the market is demanding.
