Bryan Nelson was recommended to me.Given my visual disability, Bryan took thetime to go over the sellers contract withme, reading and explaining each step.Getting the house ready for sale was a stepby step process with a realistic time line.I was so excited by how Bryan's suggestionstransformed the house that I continued to work on the house even after it was placed on the market. I know a house with an in ground pool is not foreveryone so it helped that Bryan always remainedpositive and was available whenever I contacted him.Given my busy schedule, four kids (one a Senior in High School), his text reminders about showingsand open houses were very much appreciated.I have heard that selling your house is one of the most stressful events in your life.
